Anleitung:
- Waffe leer machen
- Schaftschraube los machen und Schaft aushängen
- bitte erst schauen, ob die Bolzen in der Länge auch in den Schaft (quer) passen - wenn nicht bitte die Länge (durch feilen oder schleifen) gleichmäßig einkürzen (90% aller Schäfte passen aber)
- die Original Bolzen die den Abzug halten aus der Waffe nehmen
- die neuen, aufmaßigen Bolzen in alle 4 Löcher vom System stecken um zu prüfen in welches Loch der Bolzen nicht passt
- diese Löcher mit einer Rundfeile/runden Schlüsselfeile so lange leicht auffeilen, bis der Bolzen saugend ins Loch passt
- das gleiche mit den 4 Löchern vom Abzug machen!
- dann System und Abzug wieder übereinander bringen und die Bolzen mit einem Gummihammer einsetzten
- es sind großzügige Phasen an den Pins angebracht, dass sich die Bolzen selbst zentrieren und kein Material abschaben
- Die Bolzen sollten sehr straff gehen - damit man kein Spiel mehr hat (Schaft hüngt hinten im Abzug und die Systemschraube greift in das System!
- zum auseinander nehmen haben wir Senklöcher anbringen lassen - dass man mit dem Splinttreiber nicht abrutscht und kratzer macht...
- Die Bolzen sollten gleich ausgerichtet werden - so dass sie links und rechts gleich weit aus dem System schauen (je nach Waffenmodell mal mehr oder weniger)
- Schaft wieder anbauen - fertig!
Die angebotenen Bolzen machen nur Sinn, wenn mind. eins der 8 Löcher Spiel mit den Original Bolzen hat...
